Technology data standards such as PCI and PII; Legal healthcare governance standards regarding HIPAA and PHI; HR governance standards; Financial compliance frameworks; US DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs.</li><li>Assist with the maintenance of a compliance and ethics manual, detailing specific compliance protocols being pursued and the progress on them, as well as provide reports on current and desired compliance posture.</li><li>Work with stakeholders in the implementation of compliance projects, using PM principles in traditional and Enterprise Scrum methodologies for the completion of compliance projects, and providing oversight and project plans.</li><li>Assist in assembling reports to leadership on the state of compliance, including risk assessments, audit findings, and action plans.</li><li>Develop and deliver training to employees on compliance and ethics data privacy requirements, best practices, and ministry policies.</li><li>Maintain a high degree of personal integrity and accountability not bending to peer pressure or politics.</li><li>Manage the daily operations of the compliance and data privacy functions, including reviewing policies, conducting risk assessments, overseeing compliance monitoring activities. and developing and implementing compliance workflows and processes across the ministry.</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for data privacy-related inquiries, incident management, and responses to data subject requests.</li><li>Develop and maintain risk management frameworks related to data privacy and operational compliance in support of enterprise risk management.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data and support data incident response plans.</li></ul><div><strong><br>Qualifications and Experience</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.</li><li>8+ years of experience working in compliance operations teams or within related environments such as Legal, HR, or IT.</li><li>2+ years of experience in a mid-level management role.</li><li>Professional certifications in compliance (e.g. CCEP;
