ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as a centralized operator within our Fans organization driving clarity, alignment, and execution across a complex portfolio of campaigns, content, and cross-functional initiatives.

This role goes beyond project coordination. You will act as a strategic orchestrator, partnering closely with all of our internal teams (Brand, Brand Creative, Marketing, Fan Engagement and Consumer Products, and Events) and external partners to ensure the right work is prioritized, planned, and delivered with excellence.

You will bring structure to ambiguity, create visibility into what matters most, and help scale how work gets done as the organization continues to grow.

This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations.

THIS MAY BE THE ROLE FOR YOU IF...
  • You’re the calm in the chaos, the one who can bring clarity, direction, and momentum when everything’s moving at once
  • You love connecting the dots across teams and turning big, meaningful ideas into plans that actually get across the finish line
  • You believe great process should serve people, not slow them down, and you know how to build systems that make work better (and even a little more fun)
  • You’re wired to think both strategically and practically, zooming out to see the story, then zooming in to make sure every detail supports it
  • You’re energized by being part of something bigger, helping bring stories of hope, humanity, and faith to life in a way that truly reaches people

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive clarity, prioritization, and execution
  • Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Partner with leadership to intake, assess, and prioritize work based on impact, capacity, and business goals
  • Ensure teams are focused on the highest-value work and trade-offs are clearly understood
Lead cross-functional alignment
  • Serve as the connective tissue across Marketing, Creative, Production, Media, and external partners
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans, ensuring all teams are aligned on goals, timelines, and expectations
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps—driving resolution before they impact delivery
Establish and scale operational rigor
  • Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and resourcing models
  • Monitor financial health for marketing initiatives, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking and reconciliation
  • Drive consistent ways of working across teams (intake, planning, status, and delivery)
  • Create visibility through reporting, dashboards, and status communications that leadership can rely on
Own delivery excellence
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to creative and strategic objectives
  • Hold teams accountable to milestones while maintaining strong relationships and trust
  • Evangelize and govern our PMO processes and standards
Support team growth and capability
  • Mentor junior team members and model best-in-class project management practices
  • Contribute to building a high-performing Operations function

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • Clear visibility into active and work across the Fans Organization
  • Trusted partnership across teams with fewer last-minute surprises
  • Alignment effective operating rhythm with agency partners
  • Improved speed and predictability of campaign delivery
  • Teams feel supported, not slowed down, by process
  • Leadership has confidence in priorities, timelines, and execution

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management within a marketing, creative, or in-house brand, or agency environment
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong judgment in prioritization, trade-offs, and decision-making
  • Experience building or improving operational processes and team workflows
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complexity and drive alignment at all levels
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure where it doesn’t exist
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and accountability
  • Ability to work across teams and build relationships both internally and externally
  • Belief in the power of storytelling to move hearts and minds and you’re ready to help bring stories of hope, humanity, and faith to the world.

Alignment with our values of authenticity, intimacy, disruptiveness, and playfulness, and you’re excited to lead with these principles at the forefront.

5&2 BRAND VALUES

  • Authenticity: We speak honestly, we’re straightforward and real. Our marketing should never sound market-y. We don’t make promises we can’t keep or cut corners that sacrifice our vision. If a problem arises, we own up to it quickly and truthfully. We stay true to who we are, even if it means losing viewers in the process.
  • Intimate: We engage with our audience in a one-on-one conversation. Picture a person in your mind – they're sitting across from you, sinking into a comfy leather chair. All you're doing is having a conversation (even in headlines) with this one person. We speak directly and personally.
  • Disruptive: we are not bound by tradition; we are telling an old story in a new way. From our content and storytelling to our approach to fundraising and free streaming, The Chosen drips disruptiveness. We are forward-thinking - if there's a new way to do something, we'll give it a shot. Contrarian, but kind. We always keep one foot outside of our comfort zones and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Playful: Sometimes you gotta stir up the water. “Playful” means that we don’t take ourselves too seriously. The Chosen tells the story of Jesus and His disciples the way they were – human, with all of the quirks and personality that comes with it. Our humor is witty and relatable with just the right amount of snark. We are cheeky and warm, not vulgar or disrespectful.
